Tras los acontecimientos vividos en mayo del 2015 por la muerte de una persona afectada por difteria en la poblaci\u00f3n de Olot (Catalu\u00f1a), las administraciones vuelven a dar otra vuelta de tuerca con la finalidad de estimular a la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica y arrinconar a los que son cr\u00edticos en Espa\u00f1a con las vacunaciones masivas.<\/p>\n
Por este motivo, el Comit\u00e9 de Bio\u00e9tica de Espa\u00f1a (CBE), r\u00e1pidamente, en cuesti\u00f3n de 6 meses, elabor\u00f3 un informe titulado \u00abCuestiones \u00e9ticolegales del rechazo a las vacunas y propuestas para un debate necesario\u00bb en el que tras llevar a cabo un an\u00e1lisis oficial de la realidad vacunal acept\u00f3 que en Espa\u00f1a no es posible cambiar actualmente las leyes para evolucionar hacia una obligatoriedad e hizo hincapi\u00e9 en la promoci\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n sanitaria favorable a la vacunaci\u00f3n, en la creaci\u00f3n de incentivos y en la recomendaci\u00f3n de aplicar castigos a la poblaci\u00f3n que no acepte las vacunaciones masivas.<\/p>\n
Este an\u00e1lisis puede aplicarse no solamente a Espa\u00f1a sino tambi\u00e9n a pa\u00edses n\u00f3rdicos como B\u00e9lgica, Holanda, Gran Breta\u00f1a, Suecia, Noruega, Dinamarca y Alemania. Sin embargo, no podemos decir lo mismo de Francia, Italia, Polonia, Hungr\u00eda, Croacia, Eslovenia y m\u00e1s pa\u00edses de la comunidad Europea.<\/p>\n
Estos \u00faltimos meses han sido muy duros sobre todo para nuestros compa\u00f1eros franceses, italianos y polacos porque, por primera vez, se impone la obligatoriedad, y adem\u00e1s, amparada en la inmunidad jur\u00eddica. Quiere esto decir que se limitan las libertades entendiendo que la vacuna no perjudica en absoluto y que se exime de toda responsabilidad al fabricante y a la administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
No son buenos tiempos para las libertades ni para nuestros colectivos cr\u00edticos. Desde hace una d\u00e9cada La Liga para la Libertad de Vacunaci\u00f3n, decidi\u00f3 no enfrentarse abiertamente ni directamente a las administraciones y no provocar a los poderes industriales. Hemos procurado generar la mayor y mejor informaci\u00f3n respecto a las vacunas. Ahora bien, es posible que, a corto plazo, como nuestras compa\u00f1eras europeas, en alg\u00fan momento tengamos
que salir a la calle y partirnos la cara.<\/p>\n
Hemos propuesto a nuestros compa\u00f1eros de preparar una manifestaci\u00f3n en Bruselas en el 2018.<\/p>\n
